Our concept provides a framework for accomplishing your own initiative:

The Musole Foundation provides a structure (with Dutch status of a public benefit organization) for the execution of small aid projects in developing countries, in particular in (southern) Africa. Project holders organize the fundraising for the project and the implementation of the activities on site. The recipients of the donations on site become the project owners. Through the project holders, they are accountable to the board of the foundation for their activities.
